When it comes to customer service, Intelligencer Printing continues to innovate. In 1998, we set about restructuring our CSR department, taking customer service to the next level with the most complete and convenient customer experience. These days, clients have their own dedicated team of account reps and production planners, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We even provide clients with a toll-free hotline connecting them directly to their customer service team.
Ultimately, it's about bringing customers peace of mind. Having the same team handle every step in the process—from estimating to production to invoicing—creates greater efficiency and prevents mistakes from happening. Plus, if you ever have a last-minute revision for your print job, or need to yell "STOP the Presses," Intell makes it possible with just a single phone call to your customer service hotline.
FTP SITE
With lead times getting shorter and shorter, we're here to offer you as many options as possible to help meet your deadlines. In addition to using our complimentary courier service, you can also get your artwork to us via e-mail or by using our FTP Site. FTP is just another way to expedite file transfers. If you choose to send files via FTP, contact your Customer Service Team for a username and password. You can even request your own dedicated FTP area, if you would like one. DUAL WEB AND SHEETFED CAPABILITIES
As one of the few commercial printers in the region with both web and sheetfed presses, Intelligencer Printing brings significant advantages to clients. After all, why not use the same printer to run your test mailings and full runs, or handle large scale runs as well as your reprints? More importantly, why put your brand at risk by having your campaign printed from different sources? Our ability to handle large and small runs and web and sheetfed work of equally high quality provides clients with a convenient—and practical—one-stop shop.

HEXACHROME PRINTING
While your RGB monitor can display 16.2 million visible colors, CMYK printing can only reproduce about a fifth of that (or 3.125 million colors). However, utilizing the six-color Hexachrome printing process, Intell offers customers a color palette that almost doubles the conventional CMYK gamut. By adding orange and green color plates, color reproduction comes even closer to the real thing. Hexachrome also reduces dependency on spot colors and touch plates to reproduce bright, vivid colors.

HIGH-DEFINITION™ PRINTING
No more unsightly moires! Intell's High-Definition™ process utilizes the stochastic screening technique to produce images that practically rival photographic quality. Whether you're trying to capture details like the intricate lace pattern of a wedding gown, or the subtle texture of woven tweeds and silks, images produced by High-Definition come out crisper and sharper than you'd ever imagine possible.

CoCure™ UV COATING
Take advantage of the brilliant gloss and bullet-proof protection of UV coating—without breaking the bank. Intell's new UV CoCure coating can be flood or spot applied and it's suited to a variety of substrates, including synthetic stocks, foil papers, mylar, and static-cling film. As an alternative to traditional UV curing processes, CoCure utilizes environmentally sound inks, cutting out harmful VOC emissions. Best of all, because CoCure works inline, so you can use UV coating without blowing your schedule or your budget.

IN-LINE FINISHING
With our web presses speed, quality and economy are all-inclusive. Our presses can print up to ten colors, then fold, die-cut, perforate, apply pattern glue or remoistenable glue, and trim your printing job to its final size. Then it's into the carton and off to its destination.
Our direct mail clients will especially benefit from the efficiency that comes from this inline process. When producing self-mailers, we can perforate a BRC, die-cut a window, inkjet the address, and glue for mailing, all in one continuous sequence. We can even personalize on high-gloss papers. POSTPRESS CAPABILITIES
At Intell, being a full-service printer means we've got you covered end to end on the production of your printed materials. After printing, we'll handle all of your folding, binding, gluing and packaging needs. From miniature product inserts to large, bound catalogs, you have it all under one roof. From start to finish, rest assured that the post-press production will be handled with the same quality and care that you've come to expect from Intell.

MAILING
Our full-service mailing facility specializes in self-mailers and complex distribution needs. And because we are an official detached mailing unit of the United States Postal Service, first-class and standard class mail enters the mailstream directly from our shop, making for a much faster delivery.
