Over the past 20 years, Robson Forensics has been involved in over 30,000 cases.
The Challenge
Robson's challenge was complex. To generate a steady stream of qualified leads, they mail small quantities of highly targeted postcards in support of their various technical experts. There can be as many as 30 different versions that need to be mailed every week, and quantities can range from 30 to 700 pieces for each version. The total adds up to around 7,000 to 10,000 postcards. The company needed a way to cut the cost and complexity of its promotional efforts.
The Solution
Intelligencer Mailing and Fulfillment Solutions showed Robson Forensic how to gang together as many as 20 or more versions in a single printing for a flat cost at a major reduction. On the mailing side, IMFS designed a process for combining Robson Forensics' various versions into one mailing, also at a flat postage rate. The result: a big savings compared to the high rates Robson was paying previously.
